Vitivinicultores de 8 estados de México se reunieron en el Encuentro de Vinos más importante del país: “Catando México”, festival que consciente a los amantes del vino con recorridos por increíbles espacios de Guanajuato capital y los hace vivir experiencias inigualables catando más de 100 etiquetas de las mejores bodegas.
El Secretario de Turismo del estado de Guanajuato, José Álvarez Brunel ,acompañado de Alejandro Marcocchio Romero, Presidente de Grupo Proabejas y Catando México, estuvieron presentes en la inauguración de este festival que este año se lleva a cabo de manera itinerante, con la alianza de Hoteles Tesoro de la Ciudad Patrimonio de la Humanidad que funcionan como sedes.
Las fechas del evento son Fecha: 27 y 28 de noviembre, y 4 y 5 de diciembre de 2020.
Como ya es tradición, el Centro Histórico de Guanajuato se convirtió en un corredor gastro-cultural que celebra lo mejor de la cultura del vino con vitivinicultores de Baja California, Coahuila, Chihuahua, Guanajuato, Querétaro, Nayarit, Puebla y Aguascalientes.
Para este 2020, las bodegas: Camino D’Vinos, Viñedo Tierra de Luz, Vinícola Bernat, Vinícola El Paraíso, Hacienda y Viñedo San Bernardino dan degustaciones, talleres y cenas maridaje en los hoteles: Boutique Quinta Las Acacias, Casa Florencia, Villa María Cristina, Edelmira Boutique, 1850, La Notaria, Casa Virreyes, Antigua 13, Mesón De Los Poetas y La Casona De Don Lucas.
Dicha alianza permite generar estadías de dos noches por parte de los asistentes y, de esta manera, se apoya a la industria hotelera en este tiempo de pandemia.
Las visitas a los diferentes hoteles participantes se llevan a cabo en grupos de 10 personas como máximo en horarios establecidos, para así evitar aglomeración de personas y cuidar el bienestar tanto de los expositores como asistentes.
